We prepare and deliver orders within the estimated time shown at checkout. Timing may vary based on the product source, delivery location, customs procedures, and factors beyond our control.

• A tracking number is sent once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
• You are responsible for providing a correct, reachable delivery address and phone number.
• Products in one order may be delivered in separate shipments at no additional cost.

You may request a return for eligible products according to the policy shown on the platform. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging.
